The doctors and staff of Descanso Family Practice welcome you to our website.

Our mission is to provide personalized, high quality medical care, preventive management and excellence in service, helping each patient achieve optimal health.

Currently we have 5 physicians who are all board certified in family or internal medicine, and each with specific focuses on geriatric care, adolescent medicine, psychological services, dermatology and more. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week our service will respond to you for any concern that may arise, with a physician on call at all times. The physicians also serve as faculty with the Glendale Adventist Residency Program and admit patients to the Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Verdugo Hills Hospital.

Our office is equipped with a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record System which allows us instantaneous access to your past labs and records and the ability to fax prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy at the touch of a button.

We accept most HMOs, PPOs and Medicare and are also happy to accommodate cash-paying patients. Please call our office and speak with our friendly staff for further information. Parking is free and readily available in the parking lot surrounding our building, with scenic views of the Verdugo Hills.
